PURPOSE OF COUNSELLING
The main purpose of psychological counselling is to assist the individual to resolve the problems which they have identified, and to enhance their understanding of themselves and of relevant individuals in their lives. The client and the psychologist together set therapeutic goals, and evaluate progress. Clients are encouraged to ask questions regarding their therapy at any time.

PURPOSE OF ASSESSMENT
The primary purpose of psychological assessment is to determine a person's capabilities, aptitudes, and strengths, for decision making or to assist in overcoming areas of challenge. Appointments are arranged in a timely manner, and the evaluation process is carried out efficiently to address the identified concerns or referral questions. Reports are prepared promptly.
